There are good gyms at the Al Waddan and Corinthia hotels, but expensive.

There are a few "Sultan" gyms around the city, one in Hay-Al Andalus (the coast road by Gargaresh) and a larger one on Gurgi Road - left hand side about 2-3 km before reaching Dysfunction Junction aka Regatta Roundabout
