I am sorry but you need an exist visa.  Last time I went I had my passport checked in Libya before making my way to the Tunisian border control.  This has landed a few people in trouble.  Cough, swi.....  Anyways, you can always cry family emergency to your company to see if they can speed up the process.

Final exit visa takes about 3 days.
I don't know any details of your story and don't want to judge you, however you'd be causing problems for any other expats in your company and possibly your fellow countrymen.

Does it mean I cannot not go to Tunisia with out and Exit Visa?
I think the manager in my comapany is trying to delay my Visa
that's why I am trying to get out of here by myself.. Can any one tell the fastest way to get out without getting a help from the company?

Dig a tunnel, you can't leave the country without either an exit/entry visa or a final exit visa, I have heard of people who just turn up at the airport and pay about 150LYD and are allowed to leave, but I don't know if this is true or not.

you cant get out from the country with out exet visa even from Tunisia if you think that your boss is doing that for you in purpus perhaps you should go and do a report about him to your embassy in that case they'll help you

my friend I was in the same situation, organize to get an exit visa, this is Libya and its rules.
