I confess, it's more fun to train with equipment, and it would be hell unleashed if I couldn't train the way I wanted for more than one week, but the dedicated always find a way.
You know you can do stuff at home, and not long after you start doing things in your back yard or living room, you will begin to enjoy using your own body weight as a source of resistance. And for cardio, you can do mountain climbers or other light body-weight movements in rapid succession.
