If you want an expat salary you need to get your job in the UK. Look for organisations that have a presence in Ghana in your field of expertise.
If you get a job here then it is usually local hire with smaller salary and no housing, medical etc. Another problem here is that the employer is often not happy to pay the cost of the work permit and you can end up working illegally
