The only place to get visa extensions in Ethiopia is in the immigration office in Churchill street Addis Abba. You should wait until you have only 5 days left on existing visa then apply for extension. Usually takes 24 hours for the extension. You can do a Google search for latest information or contact the Ethiopian Embassy in Canberra.
