I've been working as a teacher for 1 ½ year now, I teached russian and danish. I don't know how relevant russian is in Egypt, if not I could also teach english...

1.so u can apply for any of the schools in Heliopolis or in New Cairo as a teacher of English but ur english must be excellent to be able to find a position in an international school.
2.as for Danish and Russian you can get school list from the embassy for the danish schools as well as Russians and apply for them too.
about the idea of being a part time you can settle this with the school administration after being accepted. if they see you are a good, promising teacher i think they won't mind.
3. you can apply for language centers to teach language to adults there are a lot of them all over Egypt and they need all languages, and they are in most cases make Part-time contracts.
