Hi all, and especially the keen and any standard badminton players,
I have found a badminton court in Hurghada not far from Sakallah; it is at an early stage to finalize the price for the court and if I can book a two hour sessions per week, depending on how many people are interested in playing on a regular basis. I am just trying to find out how many people be interested in playing regularly. Then I can check out the price and availability of the court.
This will be a non profit making venture. Total cost can be divided per people attending.

I assume you have found a badminton court to play in Hurghada. I am interested in joining you if you have found a court and want to play regularly. I will be in Hurghada, first week in September, if the planes do not get cancelled. Please let me know for definite and where abouts is this court. Thanks!

Hi Kemo61,
I know you and many other people are interested in playing or joining to play badminton. But first of all we need to find a suitable place or a court to play badminton. At the moment, it is very difficult to get any kind of help from the local people to find a suitable place.
Probably there is no badminton court to play in. I find it very frustrating that a country as big as Egypt and the oldest civilisation in the world has not thought of sporting activities.
I suppose, and I feel sad that people do not have time to do extra activities after hard days work, every small bit of space is taken up to make a small shops or a market but nothing for the leisure activities.
Please, someone let me know if there is a hall (15-20M x 6-8M and height 10-12M) is available in Hurghada to rent to play badminton.
