Hi. You won't be able to register the marriage at the UK embassy in Cairo as it is no longer offered as a service. I was informed I needed to get the papers translated, legalised and stamped to show as official in Cairo (after you get the marriage done as a separate process). Then if I wanted I could then go to the Egyptian Embassy in London to register the marriage. However, this does not record the marriage in the UK, only a record at the Egyptian Embassy should you need it in the future to use in the UK.
If you have all the correct paper work stamped and legalised in Egypt the marriage is recognised in the UK anyway.

So does it mean that after registering marriage at the Egyptian Embassy in th uk it will not allow me to use it for spouse visa?

Before you can register at the Egyptain embassy in london you have to have the original marriage certificate translated to English and then legalised at the ministry of foreign affairs in Cairo. (think of the legalisation as a similar process to if you needed an official document from the UK legalised to use in a different country via GOV).
The Egyptian Embassy in London will only record your legalised marriage certificate should you need a copy whilst in the UK to prove you are legally married.
Your original marriage certificate and translated copy (both legalised) are sufficient to prove you are legally married for spouse visa purposes (this is what I was informed by the UK embassy and a lawyer in Egypt). Having this done will also help you if you are looking to get a 5 year visa to live in Egypt.
