Death is just a rest from a wild life.
Think is, you only get one go at the life on earth thing so make it a blast.
Death can get me when things are too floppy to be of any use.

We are all born to die. Some of us die sooner and some later.
Death is the one positive in life.

Fred

I'm unsure it's positive...unless you're a funeral director or a necrophiliac.

stumpy

Death is a positive in that it will happen to you whether you like it or not...

Is it true that if you die while you're sleeping you won't know it until you wake up????

Human learns step by step, from the day of birth till he dies and they say, even after death he becomes something else and the process of learning continues. According to Holy Scripture, as it was mentioned, knowledge represented by a tree called "The tree of knowledge" and it is written that: "He who chooses the tree of knowledge dies", so the conclusion is we die each second we learn something new.:D

OFcourse human learns step by step from the day of birth....he becomes nothing until unless he knows himself "who he/she is" after death he take one more body and then again everything continues and one day again die and it continues till oneself dont know who he/she is? If you talk about knowledge ....knowledge anyone can have but more important is knowing...

Every once in a while, someone comes here and makes a big announcement that we're all going to die, as if none of us already knew this.  I don't understand the reasoning for this.

But the exclamation points tell us that it's serious business.

Hi Haileyin,

If i hurt you by this topic then i am sorry,We all knew this but we never learned from it that before death what should be achieved,
If you achieved Money then you cannot bring it with your death
If you achieved Name and Fame that also will not go with you
If you achieved properties that also remains here after death

Then what is that which goes along with you after death....
Think it will help to live the life in a better way....

I'm gonna wake up, yes and no

I'm gonna keep this secret
I'm gonna close my body now

I guess, die another day
I guess, die another day
I guess, die another day
I guess, die another day

I guess I'll die another day

I'm gonna delay my pleasure

Being someone married to a foreigner and living abroad as an alien can be fun amidst the hardships in dealing with your daily life. Some are lucky to get a job and become assistants to their partners, but some are not. Those who are unlucky, have to be satisfied simply by being a complement, and that is awful, since the ideal is to take part in every tasks in life:(. Comforts given also can hardly enlightened the heavy hearts of the unlucky...what to do?

ericwt

I cannot do anything about death. So I am more interested in living now. Now is all we have. I could have put another song about that one. ;)

Yes, we are all going to die. So live and enjoy now.

OMG - I didn't know I was going to snuff it.

I don't suppose you know the date because, if I know that, I can go out and have some serious fun and won't care about my wife nagging me, the trial, prison and so on.

Thinking one, a while ago, a dude was told he had cancer and would die within a month.
Bit rough because he only went to the doc to see about a stomach ache.
I didn't know him all that well but used his excellent chip shop often.
He was, as you can imagine, a bit down at this news but I'm unsure I'd react in the same way.
He used his last three weeks watching TV and doing boring stuff.
I believe I'd use mine for parachute jumps and doing other really crazy stuff you normally wouldn't do because you may die doing it.
Also, many of those Korean pop stars would be smiling - even the guys if I had time.

Hello Anilku.  You didn't hurt me at all.  The thing is, I already knew all of this long before your announcement.  I'm willing to bet everyone else here already did, too.

If I start with the worse stuff in March of that year, it' unlikely they find out it was me until after I kick the bucket.

Recent posts remind me of the old joke...

An old man went to the doctor for his annual check-up. A few days later, the doctor saw the man walking jauntily down the street with a gorgeous young chick on his arm. The doctor was shocked. "Gosh, this is a surprise, Charlie!" The man replied, "Just doing what you said, doctor: 'Get a hot mama and be cheerful.'"

The doctor said, "I didn't say that! I said you've got a heart murmur and be careful!"

I'm rather hoping so; preferably of a heart attack whilst doing unspeakable things with a naked blonde.

Hey Anil,
You would make a serious private trader.  You search & find logic, something which is welcome and is the seed of profits.

Why be a logical person but avoid the stock markets? ;)

Hello Anil,

1). You do not know the ABC of investing?
This is why YOU NEED to learn, and admitting you don't know is the first step to education.

2). Is there nothing to invest with such as $$$?
Now that's bad because it reveals poor choices made in the past.
This means there is an abyss between words and facts which YOU MUST CROSS.

Please do! ... :D

Remember: the journey to death starts from the very first day at birth, and the journey to birth starts from the first day of the death of the old guy you used to be which is the day of start of the new guy you want to be ...:)

Dear John C,

I will try to do it but right now i have some obligations which i am trying to short out,and thanks again for your motivation.

I moved country.
That was very much like a new birth and, in many ways, the death of the old Fred.

Hi Anil, :)

You are pessimistic ...  Why?
Take vitamins and if after 30 days you are still sad, please check a doctor who is not sad himself.

Hello Anil,

It's great you accept everything in its totality, you must be a wholesaler poet at heart, but remember: the coin always falls on just one side at a time, meaning that the side you see is the one which counts.

I am already curious what your new thread topic will be and when: tomorrow or this Thursday...:D
