How important being HYGIENIC?
I've been mingling with so many people and noticed that some people doesn't care being hygienic. Not because of the type of their job, I know few people working in the office with bad odor. Just wondering aren't they smelling themselves or they just don't care what other people says. They said its about the food they eat everyday, some says its about their cluture the stronger the odor the more women you can fascinate. Funny but I don't know if I'm going to believed.
Well,I don't agree if it's culture or what but everybody must have a good hygiene. From my point of view a bath in the morning let you feel fresh and more active in your work and also feel comfortable without any unpleasant odour.

The correct word is repulse.
an asian guy just told me that its been a tradition having such strong odor cause this is their way attracting girls. The stronger the more girls will attract. believe it or not
I would like to know which countries the Asian guy told you about the strong body odour tradition.
I have spent over 40 years in south east and east asia and have yet to come across that. In fact the exact opposite.
Sure I'll send you PM..... lets keep it low profile.
Not interested in PM's.
Keep everyone informed so we can keep the subject alive in this forum and give those interested parties a chance to answer

How do you know I don't?
Vetecor wrote:Ok I do not need to go into geography lessons here. Asian territories are divided in various segments. Do you remember Central Asia? Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka?. Also some people such as Arabs and some Africans and some Jews, Europeans also smell really bad and very offensive to other people noses? Ok! Some excuses are: we have live in a cold weather and we do not know how to deal with body odors during the summers.
Other excuses are the ones mentioned above blaming diet, and blaming the erotic effect of dirty smellier underwear like body odor on the prospected female love candidates noses.
Well! Bottom line this is lack of proper hygiene of body and clothes nothing else but negligence.
Perhaps lack of proper training!
You must use soap, water, and deodorant, as regular and frequent as needed these will prevent you to smell like Peppie Le Piu.
Prophylactic practices and routine and as needed.
Finally the whole thing is a failure and negligence on their part no other excuses apply. Trust me I have eaten a lots of curry and foods with plenty of spices for as long as I can remember but I do not smell like SÂ….. And even garlic is one of the worse smells I take action immediately to help avoid offending others with my garlic breathing aroma.
I also trained several individual to be clean coming from Central Asia due to their job in the American military.
A must do: Wash your clothes professionally. Wash yourselves (under your arms) using sodium bicarbonate powder (Baking Soda) combined with lime juice to rub profusely. Clean under your armpits, then rinse with water, and then soap and then repeat as necessary.
Wear clean non smelly clothes. BELIEVE BODY ODOR IS A DETERRENT FOR THOSE WHO ARE CLEAN AND NON SMELLIE ESPECIALLY BEAUTIFUL WOMEN no women in the right mind likes the stench, coming from males underarms and in some cases coming from females.
I will explain this home remedy. Lime is acid, Sodium is an alkaline (non-acid) so if a bacteria which lives in any opposite environment they will be killed either by the acid or by the non-acid compound. Leaving your underarm almost bacteria free and do not forget an underarm deodorant such as DEGREE DRY PROTECTION BODY HEAT ACTIVATED ANTI PERSPIRANT or a deodorant rich in ZINC witch keeps bacterial growth down. Bad body odor underarm is not sexy. It is extremely highly offensive to others. Avoid under arm deodorant with perfumes. Hope this helps.
hahaha well this is brave.......
If Asian men think they should smell rugged to attract women, then they've got problems I think. Mind you Korean women don't smell particularly nice either.
In London, i hate getting into the tubes in the winter months. I will stand throughout the journey to avoid the stale perfumes or worse the body odour. It is surprising that although we can get a quick warm shower these days, we cant get rid of the body odour.
but for sure you have water heater......
JasfurJQ wrote:but for sure you have water heater......
Water heaters are not the problem.
Having daily showers is.
laziness, that causes unhygienic not the winter wonder weather....hihihi

Queen E1 boasted and encouraged her subjects to have their ANNUAL bath!
In Asia, people wore large flower garland to hide their aroma.
Perhaps we uncovered why men gave flowers to women hEE2
using perfumes when you have strong BO it mixes together and created a big kabloom and wondering if it is a good smell or bad smell.....
I wont try to find out:/
I am happy to take my showers. I have my favourite scents. Hygiene is a personal matter.
it's cold now in Jeddah and I already catched cold and still not reason to disregard it......
Hygiene isn't just to keep you from stinking up the place. It's also very unhealthy to be a filthbag.
JasfurJQ wrote:it's cold now in Jeddah and I already catched cold and still not reason to disregard it......
One way to not to smell the stink, get a cold

I hope your flu germs cannot get through the internet even for a second!
So for normal body odour, get a cold.
Stronger body odour, get a nose block.
Better still: stop breathing!
(Darn, this forum uses an American spell checker! x_x)
my lazy roommate has foot odor, so lazy that he cannot even wash his socks. He just continue using it, for how long? maybe when he catch disease....too bad he already got FAM desease.....
i wouldn't talk about it. I would move out!!!!
sad to say its a company villa.......no choice but show him how disgusting he was......
then you can let your company know that they are not providing a safe environment to work and stay!
hELLnoi wrote:then you can let your company know that they are not providing a safe environment to work and stay!
to remove the bad odor permanently is to slaughter the one that cause it....
then he will complain of unsafe work condition! to be housed with a murderer!then you will have to sleep outside!
JasfurJQ wrote:thats the idea......
you can do that now. Just take your sleeping bag and go under the stars
there are also many people who are taking care of themselves and their hygiene but they don't do the same with the place they live. Some houses are as dirty as the ones we see on that show "how clean is your house". I mean there is a thing called "floor mop", use it...
Also, people who don't use deodorant should't be allowed on public transport.
MyraCh wrote:Also, people who don't use deodorant should't be allowed on public transport.

In my kind of job I don't sweat and the good thing is I use branded product.
MyraCh wrote:Also, people who don't use deodorant should't be allowed on public transport.
then the London Underground, French Metro and the Japanese bullet trains will be empty.
(even though scents are cheapest in London and Paris)
However, you are talking about PUBLIC transport.
