I think there are few ways to control your temper

1. Inhale and exhale deeply, focus on you stomach, pay attention to your breath
2. Mediate, focus on your breath Inhale and exhale deeply,
3. Aware of your body everytime.. try to make your head empty, free from thinking
4. Always aware of yourself when never you speak , listen or doing anything...
