I’m head of the service responsible for monitoring and evaluating mining projects and partners since 2022. This job enables me to negotiate contracts in accordance with international trade law, and to apply and understand the customs and practices of each party when drawing up and executing contracts. I am also very active at the international conference and have been a member of the ICGLR audit committee for two years now. My role involves preparing committee meetings, carrying out field audits, monitoring the traceability procedure and the standards issued by the ICGLR, and ensuring that all entities operating in the DRC comply with these rules.

Developing projects, solving problems and explaining in writing, through reports, technical notes, explanatory notes and sometimes even briefing notes for the government, which are presented to the Council of Ministers, are an integral part of my work. Indeed, any action that I take or that the government should take based on the arguments put forward in my reports and technical notes. I also draft ministerial or inter-ministerial decrees to be signed by the DRC Minister of Mines. As an alternate member of the Audit Committee, I also draft various information notes and reports that are submitted to and approved by the President of the Republic.

My professional experience has allowed me to travel a lot and to interact and negociate with many different people and cultures. I think that as a young woman I could bring a fresh perspective and above all a different approach to managing files.
