Recruitment Support – Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates
MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook) – For reporting, schedules, and emails
Problem-solving mindset – Helping resolve scheduling conflicts or basic employee concerns
Team spirit & interpersonal skills – Since HR is often a point of contact for staff
