Predominate language used in Roatan is English or Spanish? by murvisland
I would like to know if the predominate language used in Roatan is English or Spanish. I would like to live somewhere that the main language is Spanish. Thanks

My wife and I have really been working on our Spanish. I think it would be a huge disadvantage to move there and not know at least some basic Spanish. That's great to hear they locals are learning English as well. Cheers Read More

I was just wondering how Albertans get to Hondo.. Flying to Tego will only cost me about $680 but it is 5 hours from La Ceiba. So how do I get there ? I see that they have a separate airport but it doesn't show up on airline websites.

Hey Jet-setter, You should be able to take a small hopper plane to the La Ceiba Goloson Airport for a reasonable rate. Cheers - Matt Read More
