Hi Guyz, is there any Libyan or International banks in Libya issuing credit cards to expats in Libya? If yes then what is the procedure and what are their requirements.. Thanks
Hi.., Credit cards are not accepted by most of the places in Libya. They are accepted at hotels and airlines mainly. By opening an account you are eligible of cheque book and debit card. Credit cards are prohibited here by central bank of Libya. Read More
