short visit visa for non-EU parents by manoras

I hear about lot of rejections for visitor visa for non-EU applicaiton. I (EU national) planning to invite non-EU parents to visit us. Is there a different procedure for this which can guarantee a visa to non-EU parents? or its same difficulty ...
