How long does it take to get NLV at Spanish Consulate in Toronto? by jjaicmkmy
We mailed our application to the consulate last week and haven't heard anything so far. According to the consulate's website, it can take up to 3 months. Hopefully it won't actually take that long because living without our passports for 3 months ...
