I can't make an appointment to get my first DNI card. Some people say you can just walk in and apply. Or get there early in the morning and be the first in line?

Different countries have different requirements for proving that you've renounced. I believe that you have to go to the Canadian consulate and file papers renouncing citizenship and then bring those with you when you swear in. Read More
