I heard there is some "secret lake" near Riyadh. its about 20-30 kms far from the city. Does any one has some idea where all the lakes in Riyadh are located?

I need advise for which Dr and hospital is best for pregnancies in Riyadh. We went twice to Dr Nasreen majid in Al Hammadi hospital but we are not convinced with her treatment. She doesnt explain or talk much. Needs advice plz.
