Just talked to some folks in Bahia. Word is that work has come to a halt because while excavating they hit ash. This is just hearsay. Read More

We met some folks in Bahia in October who told us their house in Las Olas would be finished in 9-12 months. We've also heard that home construction is due to start in LO in April. We're just sitting back...watching and waiting. Read More

Just a few things that popped out. Sea spray will be very hard on your home. Things do rust, so hopefully they'll use top of the line hardware, faucets, etc. We've even had to use rubber plugs in our USB ports. Not sure what horses being on ... Read More
