We are looking for results-oriented and proactive Assistant Back Office Manager to support the operation of our back-office functions. This role involves overseeing administrative processes, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Back Office Manager in supervising daily administrative operations.

• Manage and maintain records, databases, and reports with accuracy.

• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth internal processes.

• Support financial and HR-related back-office activities.

• Provide training and guidance to junior back-office staff when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/ economics, Management, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in administrative or back-office management roles.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
