MedicalMex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Hair Restoration specialist team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by developing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound patient inquiries by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process with persuasive, empathetic consultation.
• Log all interactions and follow-ups in our Zoho CRM.
• Collaborate with coordination and admin teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
• Work flexible hours to match patient availability and follow up consistently.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Requirements
• Fluent in English (native-level English required).
• Based in the U.S. or Mexico with reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Proven experience in medical sales, preferably hair restoration or plastic surgery, cosmetics, or similar area.
• Comfortable working remotely with CRM tools; Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and responsive to team and patient needs.
• Bonus: Understanding of stem cells, exosomes, or regenerative therapies.
