Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Patient Coordinator / Sales Representative to join our bilingual team. This person will play a key role in guiding patients from their initial inquiry through to post-surgical follow-up, ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming inquiries (phone, email, web) from national and international patients

• Provide detailed information about procedures, pricing, and travel logistics

• Convert inquiries into consultations and procedures (sales-driven role)

• Accompany patients during in-clinic visits and assist during consultations

• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups

• Act as the primary point of contact before and after surgery

• Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff

• Update and manage CRM tools and patient records

Requirements:

✅ Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) – mandatory

✅ Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or patient coordination

✅ Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills

✅ Presentable, proactive, and service-oriented

✅ Ability to manage stress and multitask

✅ Comfortable with digital tools and basic administrative tasks
