Finance Officer

1. Day-to-Day Accounting & Finance
Process daily bookkeeping: invoices, A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with basic variance analysis.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure adherence to IFRS and UAE Mainland accounting regulations; align with Dubai Economy & DED requirements.
Support internal and external audits with timely document preparation and liaising.
3. Tax Compliance & Reporting
Corporate Tax (CT): Register and file CT via FTA within deadlines.
VAT: Register corporate VAT number; prepare monthly/quarterly VAT returns, reconcile input/output invoices.
Economic Substance Regulations (ESR): File ESR notification within 6 months of fiscal year-end; prepare substance report.
Transfer Pricing & Withholding Tax: Manage related-party transactions under arm's-length principles; oversee withholding on cross-border payments per DTA requirements.
Maintain robust tax file system in line with UAE regulations.
4. Systems & Efficiency
Use EmaraTax and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) for financial and tax operations.
Support ERP implementation/upgrades, especially for tax-related modules, to enhance process automation and internal control.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related; ACCA/CPA/CA qualification preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of UAE Mainland corporate finance experience, with hands-on exposure to corporate tax and VAT.
3. Solid understanding of UAE tax frameworks: CT, VAT, ESR, withholding tax, DTAs, and transfer pricing.
4. Proficiency in Excel and tax/ERP platforms (EmaraTax, Oracle, SAP).
5. Strong communication skills in English、Mandarin and Arabic, attention to detail and ability to work across departments.
