Store activities Representive
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute in-store marketing activities and promotional events.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement national and local campaigns at the store level.
Engage with customers during promotions to create a fun, positive brand experience.
Manage in-store decorations, event materials, and promotional merchandise.
Assist in developing creative ideas for store-based marketing initiatives to boost customer traffic and sales.
Monitor the effectiveness of activities and collect customer feedback for reporting.
Support the training of crew members on upcoming promotions and marketing programs.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with McDonald's brand guidelines and standards.
Build relationships with local communities and organizations to enhance store visibility and community engagement.
Report on activity performance, challenges, and customer responses to the Marketing Manager.
