I'm Dr. Sadaf Iqbal, currently a full-time teacher at a Pakistani University, where I teach education-related subjects and mentor students in research and physical education. I also work part-time with the British Council in training, monitoring, and evaluation roles.
With prior experience as a teacher, principal, and coordinator, I'm now seeking opportunities in teaching, teacher training, monitoring & evaluation, or educational leadership (e.g., principal or coordinator roles) in Saudi Arabia
I bring a comprehensive set of teaching and leadership skills that support effective learning and inclusive education. My strengths include curriculum planning and development, classroom management, and lesson delivery tailored to both early years and elementary levels. I have a solid foundation in child and adolescent development and implement student-centered, inclusive, and differentiated instruction strategies. With experience in teacher training, mentoring, and professional development facilitation, I also excel in assessment and evaluation techniques, research supervision, and educational leadership. My background includes health and physical education instruction, along with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) through my role with the British Council. I effectively integrate educational technology and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Having worked in multicultural classrooms, I adapt easily to new educational systems and collaborate well with diverse teams. I am fluent in English, both spoken and written, and committed to fostering dynamic and engaging learning environments.
I hold a PhD in Education, along with M.Phil, M.Ed, and B.Ed degrees, which have equipped me with a strong academic foundation and deep understanding of educational practices. Combined with my vast teaching experience, these qualifications enable me to educate students with care, empathy, and an engaging, student-centered approach. I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and inspired to achieve their full potential.
