You'll collaborate directly with the founders and commercial team to define our go-to-market strategy, test and optimize our messaging, and have a say in how we build a high-performance, scalable growth engine. What You'll Do at TrustWorks
Take the lead in building our pipeline by identifying, testing, and scaling outreach strategies.
Craft compelling outbound messages, test sequences, and refine based on results.
Own the early stages of the customer journey – from lead generation to qualification and first calls.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to hone our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Help shape our GTM playbook – this is your lab to experiment and grow.
Work hands-on with tools like Hubspot to manage outreach and track performance.
Drive conversations with potential customers that lead to real business.
Report your findings, share learnings, and help us scale what works.
Who We're Looking For
You've got at least 1 year of B2B sales experience (SaaS is a bonus).
You're entrepreneurial by nature – driven, curious, self-motivated, and never waiting to be told what to do.
You're hungry for success and want to write your own paycheck – uncapped earning potential excites you.
You think like a founder: every win is a company win, every setback is a learning.
You're comfortable with data, CRMs (bonus: Hubspot), and love experimenting to find what works.
You're fluent in English (written and spoken) and a confident communicator.
You're not just chasing revenue – you're focused on finding customers who stay and grow with us.
