Your Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
Manage requests via phone, email, and chat in Spanish
Diagnose and resolve technical or account-related issues
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up promptly
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: Between 1,200 and 1,400 (depending on your profile)
