Gain practical experience by taking on the role of a Junior HR Assistant! We need someone who is team-oriented, efficient, and extremely detailed to support human resources tasks, including communicating with managers and other interns. You will work in an internal environment comprising various elements within the organization, including current employees, management, and most importantly, corporate culture, which defines employee behavior. Around 30% of your time as a Junior HR Coordinator will involve working with our Junior Office Manager on ongoing projects.

Job Requirements:

- You must have a high level of both written and spoken English; the ability to speak Spanish (any other language is a plus)
 would be an advantage

- You must be able to work for a minimum of 4 months

- You must be motivated and organized to help General Managers hire the right interns for the right job and to help us develop our intern culture

- You must be confident and an efficient worker

- You must be a problem solver

Skills

You must have a high level of both written and spoken English.
