Production Worker
RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: *Sri Lanka & Nepal* PRODUCTION WORKERS WANTED
Location: Andros Factory – Lublin Municipality, Poland
About the Company:
Andros is a factory specializing in the production of natural fruit-based products such as juices, jams, and fruit purees. This is a seasonal job starting in May and typically lasting until October or November, depending on production demand.
Available Positions:
Production Worker – assigned to various departments including:
Fresh Fruits & Vegetables Department
Men: pour produce onto conveyor
Women: inspect and sort produce
Temperature: 12°C to 17°C
Freezing Department
Handling frozen produce
Temperature: 4°C to 6°C
Jam Production (Confiture Department)
Sorting and preparing fruits
Temperature: around 30°C
Red Currant Decoration Department
Women: sort and pack
Men: palletize products
Temperature: 18°C to 20°C
Mixing Department
Preparing fruit mixes for freezing
Same temperature as freezing department
Outdoor Washing Department
Women: manually clean containers
Men: clean large barrels (manually or with machines)
Temperature depends on outdoor weather
Job Requirements:
Physical stamina and ability to work while standing
Attentiveness and responsibility
Willingness to work in various temperature conditions
Teamwork skills
No allergies to fruit or fruit-based products
No prior experience needed – on-site training provided
Basic Polish helpful but not required
Working Conditions:
3 shift system:
1st: 06:00–14:00
2nd: 14:00–22:00
3rd: 22:00–06:00
5–6 working days/week (at least 1 day off/week mandatory)
Uniforms provided (must be returned to avoid 200 PLN penalty)
One break per 8-hour shift
Time chip issued (50 PLN penalty if lost or not returned)
200 PLN penalty for unjustified absence
Salary:
Gross hourly rate: 24.60 – 30.50 PLN (based on department and role)
Minimum wage expected to increase in June 2025
Accommodation & Transport:
Accommodation provided and paid (~700 PLN/month per person, hostel-type)
Factory transportation available:
14 PLN per ride
Workers pay a maximum of 200 PLN/month (agency covers the rest)
