Welder of Steel Structures – MIG/MAG
Location: Pinczyn (83-251), near Gdańsk, Poland
Contract Type: Full-time employment contract
Salary: 29 PLN gross/hour (piece-rate system)
Requirements:
Welding experience with MIG/MAG methods – required
Knowledge of Polish – not required
Age limit: up to 55 years
Job Responsibilities:
Welding of steel structures using MIG/MAG methods
Preparation of elements before welding (cleaning, fitting)
Quality control of welds
Operating a crane beam using a remote control
Working Conditions:
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10–12 hours per day
Official employment with a full legal contract
Stable salary with the possibility of extra hours when exceeding production targets
Free accommodation with good living conditions; 100 PLN deposit (refunded with the first salary)
Work clothing: you must bring safety shoes with a metal toe (if you don't have them, the company can provide – shoes 100 PLN, overalls 100 PLN – payable at the start)
Additional Information:
We hire candidates with any type of documents, visas, or residence permits (excluding EU citizens). The employer can assist with legalizing your stay and help apply for a Temporary Residence Card (Karta Pobytu) for long-term employment.
