Customer Service Agent (m,f) Nordic languages

Tasks:
• Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
• Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
• Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
• Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish or Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
• Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-20:00, Weekends: 10:00-20:00
