Role Overview
As a Junior Account Manager at Rozie, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and maintaining our network of professional cleaners. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new cleaners and organizing in-office onboardings, ensuring cleaners meet our quality standards, and providing ongoing support to help them succeed on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training
- Guide new cleaners through registration, profile setup, and knowledge tests.
- Provide clear product training to ensure they understand how to use the Rozie platform effectively.
- Share all necessary guidelines and expectations to maintain service quality.
- Organize and fill onboarding slots
- Support & Communication
- Be the main point of contact for cleaners, offering daily assistance and guidance.
- Maintain regular communication to build strong working relationships.
- Report progress and cleaner-related issues to management.
- Monitoring & Quality Control
- Use the admin panel to monitor cleaner activity and detect unusual behavior or performance drops.
- Review ratings and client feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Suggest improvements and organize retraining where needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills.
- Comfortable using mobile and admin panel tools.
- Experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
- Based in Malta; must be able to work from our office in St. Julian's and remotely
- Strong english language skills is a must-have
