Customer Service Specialist (English)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear and helpful assistance across multiple markets
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner at all times

What You'll Need
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) – both spoken and written
Confident communicator with a strong phone presence
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Reliable, solution-focused, and a strong team player
Based in Athens or able to commute independently to the office, including during night shifts
Greek is not required
What We Offer
€1,200 gross monthly salary
25% night shift premium (for hours between 22:00–06:00, in line with Greek labour law)
