Freelance bilingual Executive Assistant - 8 to 16 hours per week - Paris & remote
Working with the consulting firm of an economist who is very involved in carbon pricing and sustainable economy issues, and the task force he has set up to promote international exchanges on these subjects.
Position
As the economist's right-hand person, you will support him in various aspects of his organization and commitment.
- Administration: you'll be in charge of invoices, expenses, liaising with the association's chartered accountant and treasurer, etc.
- Practical organization: you manage the economist's diary, organize taskforce meetings (most of which are held remotely and involve a wide range of nationalities), arrange his transport and occasional personal appointments.
- content, you keep track of the contents of the mailbox, answering as far as you know and under the dictation of the manager most of the time. You also help him write his book, dictating the chapters, as well as notes, speeches and economic studies. You'll also assist him with formatting.
Profile
Your higher education background may be varied, but you're comfortable typing fairly quickly in both English and French, and have a perfect mastery of both languages, with solid spelling in both cases. Interested in sustainable development, comfortable working internationally, a minimum understanding of economics will make your job easier. Organized, resourceful and flexible, you'll be able to work independently on certain practical and administrative matters, and plan joint working hours with the economist, to support him in his correspondence and the writing of his book. You are accommodating, pleasant-tempered and inquisitive, and you will be able to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality with regard to the activities of the two structures that rely on you.
Conditions
Feelance mission to start ideally in September to enable a handover. Remuneration between €50 and €60 per hour depending on profile. Computer provided and dedicated exclusively to this mission. 8 to 16 hours a week including 2 afternoons in premises located in the Bois de Boulogne, the rest remotely. Flexibility regarding the number of weeks of vacation.
