Hardware diagnostics and repair
Software installation and troubleshooting
Maintenance softwares (HP assistant, Furmark, ScanDisk, etc.)
Process optimization to enhance productivity
Windows : deployment, failures, troubleshooting
BIOS environments, general knowledge in devices brands and their specificities
Disassembly of computers, laptops, monitors, etc.
Replacement of RAM, hard disks, cameras, LCD panels, motherboards, batteries, etc.
Cable management and knowledge in network systems

I have a degree in electronics and industrial computing, equivalent to an HND.
