�� Key Responsibilities

Represent Riviera Skyline in property sales and lettings

Assist with advertising properties on social media and other platforms

Attend and support marketing events, viewings, and open houses

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Match buyers and renters with the right property solutions

�� Requirements

Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)

A confident and persuasive communicator

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Basic understanding of social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Previous sales or real estate experience preferred but not essential

Sales Expertise

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build rapport and handle objections with confidence

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred)

Communication Skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

Clear, persuasive, and professional communication with clients

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset

Self-Motivation & Initiative

Able to work independently and manage your own schedule

Driven to generate leads, follow up, and close deals proactively

Results-oriented and highly organised

Social Media & Marketing Awareness

Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp for property promotion

Ability to create engaging content and market properties online

Willingness to participate in events, open houses, and marketing campaigns

Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred, but not essential)

Familiarity with Tirana and Durrës residential areas and property types

Understanding of the property sales and lettings process

Ability to match client needs with suitable listings

Tech Literacy

Basic knowledge of tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Ability to use property portals, CRMs, or listing systems (training can be provided)
