Company Description
SW Group Credit Repair partners with mortgage brokers to assist individuals denied for home loans. We conduct thorough reviews of their credit, explain how credit scores work, and outline specific actions needed for improvement. Our legal team contacts credit bureaus and creditors to remove inaccurate or unverified negative items from credit reports.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting and scheduling appointments, lead generation, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, managing appointment schedules, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English both reading and writing
- Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
