Sales Representative – Taiwanese National with English Proficiency in Vietnam
a 100% Japanese-invested manufacturing company, specializing in garment accessories production
Location: Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi
Needed Vacancy: – Sales Representative (FOREIGNERS PROFICIENT IN CHINESE & ENGLISH)
Job Description
Review and create sales reports, inventory (material stock: retention or disposal), and production forecast
Prepare quotations and register discounted prices on the system
Handle orders from customers
Seek and develop new customers
Visit and expand business with existing customers
Cooperate with sales assistants to resolve issues
Responsible for achieving sales targets
Receive and respond to all customer requests
Prepare monthly reports and attend meetings with manager
Follow up and collect payments monthly
Criteria
1. Academic level/Experience
Gender: Male or Female
Nationality: Taiwanese, under 35 years old
Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
University degree in Business Administration, Law, or Sales-related major
At least 3 years of experience in sales-related roles
Strong data organizing and analytical skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Sales experience in related industries is a plus
Flexible in working with customers and team members
Able to work under high pressure, with a positive attitude
Patient and detail-oriented
Hardworking and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook...) and strong presentation skills

Proof of over 3 years of sales experience (certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnamese Embassy)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Sales-related major (certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnamese Embassy)
Criminal record issued within the last 6 months (certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnamese Embassy)
If currently employed by another company in Vietnam, the candidate must provide a notarized copy of their current work permit
