Call Center Operator (Swedish)

Geberich is a Swiss company that manufactures and sells beauty and wellness products. Since 2017, we've been successfully operating in Europe and Latin America.
We do not do cold calling — we never contact people who haven't shown interest. All our work is based solely on hot leads and inbound calls from customers who have submitted a request.
We are currently growing rapidly and expanding our team, which is why we have an open position for a Call Center Operator.
Our sales team consists of top-performing professionals who speak native-level languages of the markets they work in. A dedicated training manager regularly conducts product training sessions to help our operators continuously improve their skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Handling inbound calls and closing sales based on warm leads;
Keeping records and updating the CRM system;
Working in a fast-growing and promising market;
Managing your own time and workflow;
Becoming an expert and advising clients;
Offering tailored solutions based on customer needs;
Helping clients with delivery questions and solving technical issues.
We'll teach you all of this and provide the tools you need to succeed!

WHAT WE OFFER:
Fully remote work;
Work schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, from 09:00 to 21:00 (Sweden time);
Fixed net salary of €1000 bonuses based on performance;
