Travel Experts for the French Market

MISSION

As Travel Expert, your mission is to make French-speaking people travel to Sri Lanka and ensure the success of their experience with our travel agency so they wish to travel with Shanti Travel again in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales

• Handle inbound inquiries from potential travelers and convert them into bookings.

• Communicate with operation partners to prepare travel programs/quotes.

• Listen and understand travelers' expectations in order to design appropriate programs.

• Input traveler's information and sales follow-up data accurately into the CRM.

• Reach individual sales targets and help the team to achieve theirs.

PROFILE:-

• good command of English

• fluent in french

• Previous experience in sales and/or tourism industry.

• Proven track records in sales and/or customer service.

• Strong in storytelling.

• Team work and target oriented

• Able to work under pressure.

• Organized with an eye for details.

• Able to do multi-tasking.

• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment

CONDITIONS:-

Salary : fixed depending on experience incentives on sales

fringe benefits: Working Visa and health insurance
