Position: SPANISH CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Must be fluent in Spanish and English language
➤Open for Filipino or Foreign nationals who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Open for Senior High School, College graduate, and Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years in College)
➤With or without call centre experience
➤Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is a plus
➤Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat using Spanish or English languages
➤Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
➤Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
➤Providing proactive customer outreach
➤Handling customer complaints
➤Perform other related tasks if needed.
