Position: Dutch Technical Support Analyst

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 Negotiable
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Responding to technical support tickets
❍ Identifying the nature of the hardware, software, or networking issue.
❍ Providing the customer with resolution choices.
❍ Completing IT support logs.
❍ Fixing any software or hardware issues.

❍ Filipino national can speak, read and write in Dutch
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application
❍ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
❍ BPO experience is an advantage
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
