Advise customers on IT products and features
Manage sales transactions and assist with in-store purchases
Perform basic repairs on hardware ( PCs/Laptops mostly)
Install and configure devices and operating systems for purchasers
Maintain customer satisfaction through after-sales support
Assist in managing stock and inventory
-Software: Formatting, Software installation, word processing,
E-mail, Help desk services, Flash animation, Photoshop, Video Editing, and programming of small projects in computer languages (C, C#, PhP, MySQL, HTML)
-Hardware: Repair and maintenance of all PC brands
- Marketing and sale of computer and telephone accessories.
