Customer Service Specialist (Dutch Language)

We are an international e-commerce company specializing in beauty and health products. Our team operates across Europe and Latin America, providing top-level service to our customers. We are currently expanding and looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our fully remote call center team.

No cold calls. All communication is based on incoming requests only — you will be helping people who are genuinely interested in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in Dutch
Provide accurate product information and support
Enter and update customer data in the system
Work closely with the sales and support team to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch (C1–C2 level); English or Russian as a second language is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (remote setup)
Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
What We Offer:
Fully remote position
Fixed salary: €1000/month performance-based bonuses
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET
