What You'll Do

• Build High-Impact Features: Design and deliver core roadmap items with a focus on customer value and business impact.
• Optimize for Excellence: Ensure our systems deliver real-world pricing optimization—balancing performance, maintainability, and cost.
• Collaborate & Reason: Make thoughtful software design decisions, considering non-functional requirements like scalability, cost, and operations.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with modern Python, SQL, and the evolving software engineering landscape.
• Deliver Value: Prioritize delivering customer value over writing code for its own sake.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering best practices.
• Experience reasoning about and delivering on non-functional requirements (performance, maintainability, scalability, cost).
• Ability to make smart, effective design and architectural decisions.
• Passion for delivering real, measurable customer value.
