Manager and Community Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
Manage social media communities, engage with users, and build relationships.
Monitor campaign metrics to analyze performance and optimize strategies.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in communication and branding.
Propose new ideas to drive interaction and retain the audience.
5-20 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
C1-level English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Strong communication, creativity, and writing skills.
Knowledge of social media analysis and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
