Cybersecurity Specialist

Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's infrastructure and systems.
Manage and respond to security incidents, conducting forensic investigations and proposing solutions.
Evaluate and improve the organization's IT security policies.
Conduct audits and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks.
Monitor network traffic and systems to detect potential threats and suspicious activities.
Develop and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data.
Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.
Train company staff on security practices and cybersecurity awareness.
Perform risk analysis and implement appropriate security controls.
5–20 years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration, or networks.
Proficiency in English (C1 level). Additional languages are a plus.
University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
Deep knowledge of networks, firewalls, security protocols, and ethical hacking techniques.
Experience with security monitoring tools, incident management, and penetration testing.
Knowledge of security regulations and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, etc.
Skills in digital forensics and security incident management.
Experience with operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) and TCP/IP networks.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security , etc.
Strong problem-solving, critical analysis, and teamwork skills.
