Fully Furnished Flat with Walk-In Closet Near Lisbon!
Trafaria, Setúbal
€ 1500
per month, NegotiableI'm renting a fully furnished flat in quiet and picturesque coastal town named Trafaria 10-15 minutes away from the center of Lisbon. It's on the other side of the bridge, so it's ideal for expats looking for tranquility near the big city. All sorts of commerce around. Bus stop literally in front of the building plus the boat to Belém, Lisbon at the end of the street where the sea is. Trafaria is known for its restaurants and for being a little 'hidden gem' near Lisbon but still typical and quiet. Yet, everything you need is nearby.
2 bedrooms plus a Walk-In Closet and a balcony. One of the bedrooms has a two-person bed and the other has a single bed with another single bed stored below. There is also a single bed in the living room currently, but it can be removed.
Lots of natural lighting except in the hallway and the Walk-In Closet, naturally. Easy to find parking spots plus they're free.
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, silverware, etc all included.
