Close to the city center and Piushaven (600 meters), equipped with independent services and all you need.
You will feel home sleeping in the cozy bedroom and experiencing the warm Livingroom, while you enjoy a good glass of wine with friends or you study/remote-work from there. The neighborhood is a quiete and safe Area, all the basic services are easily reachable by foot. Tilburg is a lovely city, full of life and activities you can do. We definitely recommend to explore the Tilburg city center during carnival, music festivals and Tilburgse Kermis.
The space
1 double bed + 2 sofa-beds just in case of guests.
The apartment consists of two floors (first floor and the second - and last - floor), with its own private entrance with wardrobe and meter cupboard. The 1st floor is accessible via the fixed staircase. The hall provides access to a spacious living room, equipped with a 4 people table with 4 seats, 2 sofa-beds, the TV and an ornamental fireplace. This room is particularly bright due to six large original sliding windows. On the same floor there are: a cozy kitchen, fully equipped with modern fridge, refrigerator, dish-washing, electric oven, microwave, a 4-burner gas hob with the extractor, coffee machine and water kettle, a 4 people bar table with 4 stools; a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer machine with the best and most efficient energy class currently on the market; a nice utility toilet.
On the second floor, accessible by the fixed stairs, there is a two-people bedroom, with a cabinet and two chests, with direct access to a private balcony, this one equipped with 2 outdoor rattan sofas and plants. The balcony has plenty of privacy and it is a lovely place to sit outside.
On the same floor are also located a spacious bathroom, fully tiled and equipped with a bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet, radiator and mechanical ventilation; a corridor with multiple useful closets; the central heating room in a closed space.
the house is equipped with shutters on the first floor and with double glass on the second floor. On each floor there are fire and carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.
The apartment has a storage room for the garbage on the ground floor which is located on the other side of the street.

guests can have access to all the rooms and spaces described above.
Other things to note
for a short stay period, it is mandatory to sign a short stay rental agreement under the Dutch law to enter the apartment.. further instruction will be provided prior to the check in.

Prostitution at Voltstraat 4 is forbidden. Not suitable for families with kids. Pets as well as smoking indoors are not allowed.
